Not a family park. Constant partying to all hours. The park "supervisor" Jim is rude and confrontational to guests and park ppl and is always causing problems within. The only time rules apply is if it is in the parks Gabor and for money.Enjoys harassing and yelling at children. Had guests come up to stay and there site flooded and he basically said oh well and they had to fight to even get had there fees back. My recommendation is stay away far away until Jim Maxwell is gone. All you have to do is talk to ppl the to know the feelings about Him which are all negative! Also Jim Maxwell is not the owner but thinks he is!

Campground is run by a tyrant. Jim has a foul mouth and can be found using it all over the park. His wife is equally vulgar. The park is made up of most of his kids and grandkids that can do whatever they please. Drinking, partying and dope smoking until all hours of the night...despite it being a "family" campground. The owner nickels and dimes for everything and you get next to nothing for your money. Find a better, more inclusive park for your family to spend time in.

We just stayed here over this past long weekend. Jim the owner was right on! He answered many of my wife's questions via text messages and phone calls ahead of time. When we showed up, he helped us get settled in on the site we chose. He let us put our camp trailer and our friend's tent all on one lot and we parked our cars in the empty lot beside us (no additional costs or fees). We had an exceptional beautiful lot (I think T18) which was supposed to be for tents only but Jim didn't mind us puting our tent trailer there. Everyone very friendly. We ended up leaving a day early in order to avoid some bad weather and Jim refunded us for 1 night which we totally didn't expect or even asked...he just offered. We would totally go back again. Rates were very reasonable.
